ABOUT FLUID BED ROASTING

Also called Air roasting or Hot air roasting

Hot air roasters, such as Infinite Passion's AIRPRO, employ Fluid Bed Technology for coffee roasting.

Traditional drum roasters of the 1800s lagged in efficiency until electric heating elements and powerful blowers became available.

This method ensures consistent and uniform roasting batch after batch, making it ideal for coffee roasting.

AIRPRO's unique High Residence Time heating system raises and rotates coffee beans in a hot air bath.

Infinite Passion's AIRPRO roasters use hot air to lift and remove unwanted byproducts during roasting. Their fluid bed design allows for quick cooling and seamless batch loading, enabling efficient large-scale roasting with minimal labor.
